You've read the books. You've listened to the podcasts. You know, at least in theory, what you're supposed to do.
And yet, here you are.
Not because you lack the knowledge. But because knowing and doing are two completely different things. Most self-help stops at the knowing. Individual coaching is where the doing actually begins.
Together, we'll move past the surface (the symptoms, the frustrations, the patterns that keep showing up) and find what's underneath them. The beliefs you've normalized. The stories you keep telling yourself. The paths on your map of reality that you want to follow but lead to "here be dragons".
This isn't a system. It's not a package. It's a guided process, tailored to you, that meets you exactly where you are and helps you take the next step forward.
"For any change to happen, there has to be awareness that something can change, a desire to change, some intelligence about how to do it and then the actual doing. That's where most people get stuck. That's where I come in."
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
What We Might Work On
01
The patterns you keep repeating
The habits, reactions, and cycles you've tried to change before, but somehow always end up back in. We find out why, and we interrupt them.
02
The stories shaping your life
We all carry narratives: about ourselves, about others, about what's possible. Some serve us. Many don't. We'll challenge the ones that are holding you back.
03
Your map of reality
Where you want to go is on your map. But the route might feel unclear, scary, or impossible. We fill in the gaps and often find the path is easier than you thought.
04
The doing, not just the knowing
Insight without action doesn't change anything. Every session moves toward something concrete: a shift in thinking, a habit changed, a next step taken.
why coaching might be right for you
Individual coaching tends to resonate with people who find themselves saying things like:
"I know what I should do. I just can't seem to make myself do it."
"I keep having the same conversations and getting the same results."
"I feel stuck, but I can't explain exactly why."
"My relationships are suffering, and I'm not sure what's changed."
"I want ________. I'm just not sure how to get there."
If any of those land, you're in the right place.
Are you ready?
What getting started looks like
1.
Reach out.
Send an email and tell me a little about what's going on. No formal intake, no lengthy questionnaire. Just start the conversation.
2.
We talk.
The first conversation is informal. You tell me what's going on at work, at home, wherever the friction is. I listen closely to what you say and how you say it. In five honest minutes, we can usually get to the heart of it.
3.
We figure out if it's a fit.
No pressure, no pitch. If this kind of work makes sense for where you are, we'll talk about what working together looks like. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
The first conversation is free. The only thing it costs you is a few minutes of authenticity.
